I highly doubt they'll do a third. Changing the story this much indicates a rushed ending. If there was a third season in mind, there probably wouldn't be a need for such drastic changes. My guess is it'll be one of those that are badly adapted to anime.

They've been on that hospital for 3 episodes didn't felt that rushed to me.
I mean he still havnt found out about his sister being an ashkabi and he just encountered the askabi from the west, and there is 2 others and there is the game master, if they were to fit all that into 3 episodes it doesnt seem to turn out to be a good ending

We are only at 3 of 6 stages of the Sekirei game. Why do you think there wont be a third season Queen? By the story changing do you mean you read the manga and its vastly different from that?

I do think in another year or two they will make a season 3. Don't crush my hopes without good reason!

Yes, I read the manga. It is VERY different. The first season wasn't altered too bad. To be honest, the only correct thing about this season was Homura's winging, and even that had a couple incorrect aspects. I don't think they're doing a third season because it doesn't seem like they're leaving room for the need for one. They skipped a LOT, actually. This hospital thing is based on the latest chapters, and it wasn't concluded. They'll have to conclude it in the anime. Note how I say "based", though. Homura's winging was maybe 30 chapters before it. If you read the manga up to date you'll see what I mean. Not that the anime isn't enjoyable, but it's been changed pretty drastically in the past couple episodes. Who knows, I may be wrong. But they'd have a lot to repair in a third season.
